You've probably been standing in the queue waiting to get into the ice rink, or just entered the rink and have heard somebody shouting out 50!50! But what exactly is it?
First of all, it has to be acknowldged that we have the best 50/50 person in all of the NIHL League 1, that person is Caroline! (For those who didn't know, this is also T.J. Fillerys mum!)
50/50 is a great way for the club to raise funds, and for our fans to win a potentially large sum of money!
50/50 is simply a raffle, where the prize to the winning ticket holder is one-half (or 50%) of the gross receipts generated from the sale of raffle tickets at a single Chieftains game.
The remaining one-half (or 50%) of the gross receipts is retained by the Chelmsford Chieftains to raise funds for the club.
The more people that enter the prize draw, the bigger the win!
Tickets can only be purchased at the game, tickets are £1.00 each.
The prize winner is announced at the Ice Rink, so listen out for your raffle ticket number during the period breaks, we also post the winning raffle ticket number on the Official Chelmsford Chieftains Faceook Page.
Should you be the lucky winner, just head over to Alana at the Merchandise desk by the entrance to claim your prize!
